In this 2 hour workshop we will take a journey into creating believable characters, learning how to use emotion effectively, and understanding how bold choices can bring out aspects of your character that you would have never thought possible.

We must use Improvisation in everyday life, so why not learn to use it effectively? This workshop will help with quick decision making, working as a team to reach one goal, and expanding our imaginations to make the impossible possible.
GOALS: Learn to quickly think on your feet, work together as an ensemble, come out of your shell and take chances. Learn that it is okay and sometimes necessary to fail in order to succeed. Being in the moment.
Auditioning Workshop
Ever feel like you aren’t doing something right while auditioning? Then this is the workshop for you! Bring in your monologue, go through a mock audition and get valuable feedback as to what can improve your auditioning piece. Sometimes actors think they know what they are doing with their bodies or voices, but in reality they have no idea. This workshop is all about helping you get better at auditioning. GOALS: Become more confident in ones abilities, take some of the fear out of auditioning, learn what directors are looking for, being in the moment.
Sketch Writing Workshop

Have you ever thought about bringing your own hilarious ideas to life?! In this series of workshops, you will learn how to use Sketch Comedy to express your sense of humor! What’s Sketch Comedy you ask? Wikipedia says, “Sketch comedy comprises a series of short comedy scenes or vignettes, called "sketches", commonly between one and ten minutes long. Such sketches are performed by a group of comic actors or comedians, either on stage or through an audio and/or visual medium such as radio and television.” You’ll be surprised to see how exciting and fun it is to hear your words and ideas come to life in a safe, constructive environment. Come out and have fun with us! GOALS: Improve writing technique, understand story structure, character motivations and character development, bring your weird ideas into life.
